The Sweatbox studio was established to cope with the demands of the progressive martial arts scene. With a team of instructors who have a passion for teaching and training, who dedicate themselves to the disciplines.

Our aim is to create a safe environment to learn martial arts for competition level, general fitness or self defense. The classes are open to the complete beginner or experienced martial artists of either sex and from novice to blackbelt and beyond.

The Sweatbox gym offers a mixture of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Thai Boxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Stick Fighting, Krav Maga, and Capoeira. We also offer womens only classes and childrens martial arts training.

The training regime is designed to produce well rounded martial artists, capable of reacting to whatever they may face, whether used for self defense or taking part in international competitions.

1) Junior Jiu Jitsu for kids aged 7 - 12 Monday & Wednesday 17.15 - 18.00

2)  Thai Boxing classes are now 

Wednesday 6.30pm  (Bag & Padwork) 

Thursday 6pm (Technique & Clinchwork) 

Saturday 10am (Sparring & Technique) 

3) Beginners Boxing Tuesday 6.15 - 7.30pm
